•  Entries from companies must be received by close of business on 17 March 2010.
•  Companies submitting an entry must have offices or an outlet within England or Wales.
•  Companies entering must supply the wedding industry in one of the following 18 categories:

* Individual premises must enter. An entry from a national chain will not be eligible.

** Companies supplying a product or service, not falling into the above categories but which add a little extra to the wedding day (For example: favours, chocolate fountains, tiaras, gift companies, wedding jewellery etc.)

*** Businesses that provide a non product supply to the wedding industry i.e calligraphy, toastmaster, childcare etc.

**** New buisnesses (trading under 12 months) may nominate themselves or be nominated, and will be judged on product and business potential.
 

•  Companies submitting an entry agree to expect a site visit from the judges if required.
•  We reserve the right to decline entry to any company.
• The judges’ decision is final.

For Entrants by individual category

• For All Busineses except florists 

You will receive reviews from your previous customers and the companies with the highest average score will be the finalists subject to checks.

If you are a finalist a review of your website will take place to ascertain your product quality and market and we will request a mission statement or take one from your site. Your customers’ comments are analysed to compare how well their comments match your mission. A winner is determined from this analysis.

It is a condition of entry that each entering business has a website.

• For the Florist

If you provide floral designs for weddings you will receive your votes from your previous customers and the companies with the highest average score will be the finalists subject to checks.

If you are a finalist a review of your website will take place to ascertain your product quality and market and we will request a mission statement or take one from your site. Your customers’ comments are analysed to compare how well their comments match your mission. You will also be asked to provide a small innovative floral arrangement to decorate an area of the venue.

• Judges Choice Award
  

This award is the wild card award solely chosen by the judges to a non category winner whose business Impressed the judges so much that they felt recognition is deserved.

• New Business Award

This category is for new businesses who have been in business less than 12 months, the award is decided solely by the judges and is based on product and buisness potential.

• For the Voter

Reviews must be received by the close of business on 24 March 2010.

Reviews will only be accepted from married couples whose wedding took place during 2008 and 2009. If any review is found to be fraudulent, the supplier will automatically be eliminated from the Awards.

Reviews will only be accepted from couples that have used the service they are reviewing, if you are a family member or friend reviewing the product/service as the purchaser/consumer/payer then fill out with the couples' details not yours.

We reserve the right to decline entry to any reviewer not meeting the above voting criteria.

• Privacy Policy

Access to entry details will be restricted to the organisers and judging panel.
Contact information collected from reviewers will not be passed on to any third parties.
