Ian Darcy - Director of Hotel Operations China Fleet Country Club Ian is used to having to make decisions, outside of work he serves as a Magistrate on the Plymouth Bench and can be found refereeing rugby most weekends for the Plymouth Rugby Referee Society. His role at the China Fleet Country Club involves all elements of room sales, food & beverage and conference & banqueting. He has over 20 years experience in the hotel environment.
